On December 14, 2019, Burnet Middle School will host its third annual Burnet Holiday Fair from 10 am to 2 pm, in partnership with Austin Voices. Last year, over 800 attendees enjoyed the warmth of a holiday celebration that included family resources (employment, housing, legal, health and more), free lunch, music, raffles, clothing, games, crafts, ponies, Christmas presents for all children, a climbing wall and train, and of course, Santa! The fair is part of AVEY’s community school grant supporting Burnet and other Navarro VT campuses. AVEY’s next resource fair for the Navarro community will be in May at Lanier High School.
