The first annual United as One! Community Festival in El Paso brings together four emerging community schools in the Chemical and Segundo Barrio border communities. Austin Voices is partnering with El Paso ISD and the local community to bring together over 50 partner agencies, four schools (Bowie HS, Guillen MS, Hart ES and Zavala ES) for a day of live music, free food, children’s activities, family resources and engaging education exhibits.
